What is the MACH Alliance?
MACH Alliance is a group of independent tech companies dedicated to advocating for open, best-of-breed technology ecosystems. The Alliance was formed in June 2020 to help enterprise organizations navigate the complex modern technology landscape. It aims to guide and show the business advantage of open tech ecosystems – Microservices-based, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless. Members of the Alliance have all passed rigorous tests that certify their adherence to MACH principles.
What makes Voucherify MACH compliant?
Voucherify was built in MACH architecture to provide a best-of-breed promotion management system that quickly and easily integrates with other API-based applications to enable performance, flexibility, and simplicity for the user. Voucherify fulfills the MACH principles in the following way:
M (Microservice-based) – Microservices are small, self-contained applications that can be developed and deployed individually by dedicated teams. Setting up a network of these services allows for agile development, shorter release cycles, and faster time-to-market.
Voucherify is a microservice that you can plug in any e-commerce architecture or CRM system. Advanced hosting possibilities let you reach a high-security level as well as high availability of the API. By making the different elements of your commerce experience modular and therefore composable, businesses can innovate fast and rapidly deploy new features.
A (API-based) – Voucherify is API-based. Flexible REST API, SDKs, and webhooks can reduce the integration time.
C (Cloud Native) – The Voucherify Cloud uses the best modern technology from Amazon Web Service (AWS), implementing AWS’s best practices and the next-generation thinking in cloud computing. Our customers’ and their customers’ data is stored in three regional clusters: Europe-, Asia- and US-based for data loading speed optimization. The data can be stored in multi-tenant clusters or dedicated clusters (only for enterprise-level clients, upon request). The Voucherify dashboard is hosted in Heroku private space.

H (Headless) – Voucherify was built with headless in mind. Front-end and back-end codes are decoupled, enabling faster content delivery, out-of-the-box multi-channel distribution, and automation of administrative tasks.
